Banjara Kabab Recipe

Ingredients Banjara Kabab:

  1. 250 grams Chicken
  2. 1/2 cup thick Dahi
  3. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  4. 1 pinch yellow colour
  5. 1 tsp cumin powder
  6. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  7. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  8. 2 tbsp green chutney
  9. to taste Salt
  10. 1 tsp Maggie masala
  11. 2 tbsp kaju paste
  12. as required Oil

How to cook Banjara Kabab:

  1. In a bowl take dahi add green chutney + salt + pepper + turmeric + yellow colour + garam masala powder + cumin powder + Maggie masala + kaju paste and mix it well.

  2. Wash chicken pieces discard all it’s water and add to the marination and keep aside for 30 mins.

  3. Heat grill pan add some oil and place chicken pieces one by one cook on a low flame untill it gets completely cooked and get grill effects.
