Bhel !! Recipe

Ingredients Bhel !!:

  1. 2 cups Puffed Rice
  2. Salt
  3. 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  4. 2 medium sized Onions finely chopped
  5. 2 medium sized Tomatoes finely chopped
  6. 2 medium sized Boiled Potatoes small cubed
  7. 1/4 cup Finely chopped Fresh Green Coriander Leaves
  8. 3-4 tsp Tamarind Dates Chutney
  9. Barik Sev as required

How to cook Bhel !!:

  1. Take puffed rice in heavy bottom pan. Add salt and turmeric powder. Mix well and switch on the gas on low flame. Roast for a minute or two and switch off the flame. Let it cool down.
