Black Chickpeas veggie kabab Recipe

Ingredients Black Chickpeas veggie kabab:

  1. 1 cup soaked black chickpeas
  2. 2 any bread slice
  3. 1 cup chopped carrots
  4. 1 cup chopped greenpapers
  5. 1 cup chopped onions
  6. 2 medium sized boiled potatoes
  7. 1 red dried chilli
  8. All Spices:
  9. 1/2 tablespoon chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
  11. 1/2 tablespoon garlic salt
  12. 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  13. 1 tablespoon chaat masala
  14. 1 tablespoon garam masala
  15. 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  16. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  17. 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  18. Salt as per taste
  19. 2 tablespoons oil

How to cook Black Chickpeas veggie kabab:

  1. Grind the boiled black chickpeas with red dry chilli in a mixer and take it out in a bowl.

  2. Grind the bread and add it into a chickpea mixture.

  3. Mixed all chopped veggies with a mixture and add all the spices mentioned in a list. Balance the salt as per your taste. Add 2 tablespoons of oil.

  4. If mixer is lumpy or wet then add 2 tablespoons of all purpose flour and make sure it is enough dry to make a roll out of it.

  5. Now put some oil in your palm so the mixture doesnt stick and take a small portion and press between your palm to give it a nice round shape.
