  1. To taste Heinz 57 steak sauce or HP sauce
  2. 2 large eggs
  3. 1/3 pound smoked Boston Butt pork roast
  4. 1 cup baked beans
  5. 3 tablespoon frying oil
  6. To taste salt and ground black pepper fresh

How to cook Brunch with twice cooked Crispy Pork:

  1. Fry the eggs add salt and pepper. I like my fried eggs just a bit crispy on the edges.

  2. Slice the pork

  3. Fry the pork slices. Get the pork crispy.

  4. Cook the beans.

  5. I used these beans I won’t do so again. They tasted like drinking Dr. Pepper with molasses.
