Chicken Paratha Roll Recipe

Ingredients Chicken Paratha Roll:

  1. For_Chicken
  2. 3 – 4 Chicken Fillets (cut into cubes
  3. 1 tsp Salt (or to taste) 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  4. 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder (or to taste)
  5. 1 Tbsp White Vinegar 1 Cup Yogurt
  6. 1/4 tsp Black Pepper 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste 4 Tbsp oil
  7. For_Paratha_Dough
  8. 1 Cup wholewheat flour 1 Cup Flour
  9. 1/4 tsp Salt 2 Tbsp GheeWater as required (for making the dough)
  10. For_Base_Chutney
  11. 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise (or as required
  12. 2 Tbsp Chilli Garlic Sauce or Tomato Ketchup
  13. For_Pickled_Veggies
  14. 1 Onion (Medium (thinly sliced
  15. 1 Cucumber (thinly sliced and seeds removed)
  16. 1 Cup vinegar (divided)

How to cook Chicken Paratha Roll:

  1. For_Chicken:

    Then in a pan add oil and the marinated chicken and cook it on medium-low heat until chicken is tender and the water dries
