Chicken Patiala Recipe

Ingredients Chicken Patiala:

  1. 400 gm chicken
  2. 2 tbsp curd
  3. 1 onion finely sliced
  4. 1 onion finely chopped
  5. 1 onion cubed
  6. 1/2 capsicum cubed
  7. Dry roast
  8. 2 tsp cumin seeds
  9. 1 tsp coriander seeds
  10. 2 cardamom
  11. 3-4 cloves
  12. 1 small stick cinnamon
  13. 1 bay leaf
  14. 1 dry red chilli
  15. 2 bay leaves
  16. 1 tsp kasoori methi
  17. 2 tbsp malai
  18. 3 tbsp refined oil
  19. 1 tbsp ghee
  20. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  21. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  22. 4 tbsp tomato puree
  23. 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  24. 2 cardamom
  25. 3 cloves
  26. 1 small stick cinnamon
  27. 2 green and red chillies
  28. 1 tbsp coriander chopped
  29. To taste salt
  30. 1 pinch sugar
  31. 1 tsp ginger paste
  32. 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  33. 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  34. 7-8 cashewnuts
  35. 1 inch ginger grated
