Crispy cones Recipe

Ingredients Crispy cones:

  1. 2 cup semolina
  2. 1 cup rice flour
  3. 1/2 tbsp Azwain/carom seeds
  4. 1/2 tbsp Chilli flakes
  5. to taste Salt
  6. 1 tbsp Kasturi methi
  7. 1 cup Mong daal mixture
  8. 1/2 tbsp Hing/asafoetida
  9. 1 tbsp Saunf/fennel seeds
  10. 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  11. 1 tbsp Amchur (dry mango)powder
  12. 8 Cashew
  13. as needed Oil
  14. 2 Dry chilli

How to cook Crispy cones:

  1. Take semolina and grind it into a fine powder mix rice flour add salt oil chilli flakes kasuri methi ajwain. Mix all the ingredients well now make a fine dough using water. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
