  2. 3 dates
  3. 1 cup full fat milk
  4. 1/2 cup rolled oats
  5. 1 cup coffee
  6. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  7. 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
  8. some ice block

  1. Take all ingredients.
