  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cup gram flour
  3. 2 tbsp Semolina (suji)
  4. 1/4 cup dry Methi (Fenugreek) leaves
  5. 1 tbsp corsely crushed whole coriandor and fennel seeds
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tsp coriandor cumin powder
  9. 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  10. 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  11. 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  12. 2-3 tbsp oil
  13. Water as required
  14. Ghee to apply on roti
  15. Butter (while serving)
