Egg butter masala gravy Recipe

Ingredients Egg butter masala gravy:

  1. 5-6 boiled eggs
  2. 3 tbsp buttter
  3. 4 onions finely chopped or blended
  4. 4 tomatoes finely pureed
  5. 1 green chilli chopped or slit
  6. as needed Salt
  7. 3 inch piece ginger
  8. 8-10 garlic cloves
  9. 1-1 1/4 cup water or as needed
  10. 1 tablespoons Coriander leaves chopped finely
  11. Whole spices
  12. 1 small bay leaf or tej patta
  13. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  14. 2 green cardamoms (elaichi) (optional)
  15. 2 cloves (laung)
  16. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  17. to taste red chillies powder

How to cook Egg butter masala gravy:

  1. Boil and peel the eggs.Prick with fork to get absorbed properly in gravy.

  2. Blend onions smoothly.Then blend ginger-garlic into fine paste.

  3. Blend tomatoes into purée.

  4. Take a pan add two tbsps of butter and heat.Add bay leaves
