Falahari Aaloo Recipe

Ingredients Falahari Aaloo:

  1. 4 boiled Potatoes
  2. 1 tb spoon jeera
  3. 1 ” piece ginger
  4. 2 Green chilli
  5. 4 tb spoon peanuts
  6. To taste sendha salt
  7. 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  8. 1 small piece paneer
  9. 2 tb spoon ghee

How to cook Falahari Aaloo:

  1. Peel boiled potatoes and cut in small pieces.

  2. Grate ginger and paneer separately.

  3. Heat ghee in a wok. Add jeera and when jeera splutter add grated ginger and green chilli. Saute for 2 minutes. Add peanuts and saute for 1 minute.

  4. Add potatoes and mix well. Add sendha salt and black pepper powder and stir. Cook till done.

  5. Serve hot garnished with grated paneer.
