  1. 1 medium whole snapper (cleaned and butterflied)
  2. 1 thumb galangal (crushed)
  3. 1 tbsp garlic mince
  4. 2 tbsp rice flour
  5. 3 tbsp tapioca flour
  6. 2 small green mango (peeled and shredded)
  7. 1 tbsp dried shrimp
  8. 1 tbsp garlic mince
  9. 1 tbsp pickle chili (i bought from grocery store)
  10. 50 ml fish sauce
  11. 50 gr sugar
