Kashmiri pulao Recipe

Ingredients Kashmiri pulao:

  1. 700 gram basmati Rice
  2. 1 cup fresh milk
  3. 1/2 tsp saffron
  4. 1 onion small
  5. 2 teaspoon Salt
  6. 1 teaspoon sugar
  7. 8-10 Kaju /cashew
  8. 8-10 Raisins
  9. 3-4 tablespoons Ghee
  10. 3-4 Cardamoms green
  11. 1 Cinnamon stick
  12. 2 star anise
  13. 2-3 cloves

How to cook Kashmiri pulao:

  1. Wash and soak rice for about an hour

  2. Soak saffron in warm milk

  3. Chop and fry onion till golden brown and remove next in the same ghee add dry fruits raisins
