Korean Pancake Recipe

Ingredients Korean Pancake:

  1. 1/2 cup Korean pancake mix
  2. 1/2 cup cold water
  3. 1 pinch salt
  4. Sliced scallions (about 2 1/2 inches long)
  5. Sliced red bell peppers
  6. Shrimp (halved)
  7. 1 large egg (beaten)
  8. Dipping Sauce:
  9. 1 tbsp. Soy sauce
  10. 1/2 tsp. rice vinegar
  11. 1 tsp. scallions (tiny slices)
  12. 1/2 tsp. sesame seeds
  13. 1/2 tsp. Korean powder chilli peppers

How to cook Korean Pancake:

  1. Instructions:
    1. Combine pancake flour mix and salt. Pour cold water while mixing. Until smooth. Set aside.
    2. Whisk egg and set aside.
    3. In a pan or griddle
