  8. 2 tsp dhuniya powder
  9. 1 tsp hildi
  10. 3 litre water
  11. Pakoray :
  12. 350 gram baisan
  13. 2 onion medium
  14. 2 hari mirch
  15. 1 tsp salt
  16. 2 tsp red chilli
  17. 1 Tbsp sukha dhuniya
  18. 1 Tbsp zeera
  19. Oil for frying
  20. 1/4 tsp baking powder
  21. Turka :
  22. 1 cup oil
  23. 1/4 onion
  24. Presentation :
  25. Boiled rice
