Lasagne Recipe

Ingredients Lasagne:

  1. Bolognese
  2. 500 g lean mince
  3. 1 large onion
  4. 3 cloves garlic
  5. 1 small punnet mushrooms
  6. 2 sticks celery
  7. 2 large carrots
  8. 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  9. 1/4 tin water – swish tin juices around
  10. Big squeeze of honey
  11. Big squeeze of tomato purée
  12. 2 beef stock cubes
  13. Big splash of Worcestershire sauce
  14. Large handful of spinach leaves
  15. Italian herb seasoning
  16. Black pepper
  17. sheets Lasagne
  18. White sauce
  19. Butter
  20. Flour
  21. Milk
  22. Cheddar
  23. Salt and pepper
  24. Garnish
  25. Cheddar
  26. Parmesan
  27. Basil

How to cook Lasagne:

  1. Start by chopping veggies into tiny cubes.

  2. Brown onion and mince in olive oil till brown. Then add all veggies and cook till softened. Then everything else and simmer for 20 mins or so. Take off heat and leave to cool while you make white sauce.

  3. In a non stick pan – melt butter then add flour and cook for 5 mins or so. Then slowly add milk and eventually you’ll get a thick white sauce. Keep stirring. Add cheddar cheese to the sauce so it becomes cheesy and season.

  4. In a non stick tray
