Ingredients low calorie teriyaki chicken drumsticks :

  1. 8 skinned chicken drumsticks
  2. 1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
  3. 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  4. 1 clove garlic, chopped
  5. 1 tsp ginger
  6. 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  7. 1 salt and pepper to taste

How to cook low calorie teriyaki chicken drumsticks :

  1. preheat oven to 350°F

  2. combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch in sauce pan. add 2 tablespoons of water

  3. whisk over medium heat until thickened. about 2 minutes

  4. coat casserole dish lightly with nonstick cooking spray

  5. add chicken to dish and top with the prepared sauce

  6. bake about 30 minutes or until juices run clear. I like to turn the broiler on for 5-10 minutes at the end to really caramelize the sauce.
