Mazaidar Kalay Chanay Recipe

Ingredients Mazaidar Kalay Chanay:

  1. 500 gms Kalay Chanay
  2. to taste Salt
  3. 1/2 tsp Soda
  4. 2 TBSP Oil
  5. 2 TBSP Ginger Garlic Paste
  6. 1 tsp Zeera
  7. 1-1/2 tsp Red Chillies Powder
  8. 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  9. Water as required

How to cook Mazaidar Kalay Chanay:

  1. Soak Chanay with soda in water for over night

  2. In the morning drain water & boil them with fresh water until it is tender & water dries.

  3. In another pan crackle zeera in little oil & add ginger garlic paste red chillie powder & haldi. Fry little adding Chanay. Mix so that it is coated with Masala.

  4. Server hot with garnishing onion slices & green chillies.
