Mixed Grain/Wholemeal/Granary Loaf Recipe

Ingredients Mixed Grain/Wholemeal/Granary Loaf:

  1. 11 fld oz tepid water
  2. 10 grms salt
  3. 50 gms softened butter ir margarine
  4. 400 gms MultiGrain or Wholemeal Bread Flour (Alisons) or Hovis
  5. 100 gms white Bread Flour
  6. 9 gms fast acting dry yeast

How to cook Mixed Grain/Wholemeal/Granary Loaf:
