Moong daal tadka Recipe

Ingredients Moong daal tadka:

  1. Green unpeeled moong daal 1and 1/2 cup
  2. 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
  3. 1/2 tbsp Red chilli powder
  4. 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  5. Oil
  6. 3 Bay leave
  7. Dry red chilli
  8. 1/2 tbsp Garammasala
  9. 2 Onion
  10. 2 Tomato
  11. 1-1 tbsp Ginger garlic
  12. Salt

How to cook Moong daal tadka:

  1. Take cooker add 4 glasses water and add dal after washing. Add turmeric powder salt. Cook for 15min after 3 whistle on low flame.

  2. Take oil in wok add cummin seeds bay leaf chilli and fry well. Add onioin tomato ginger garlic.

  3. Add masalas and fry well. Add daal into it and cook for another 10 min on low flame.
