Moong palak dal Recipe

Ingredients Moong palak dal:

  1. 1 bunch spinach chopped
  2. 100 gm green moong dal
  3. 2 tsp wheat flour
  4. 2-3 green chilli
  5. 4-5 garlic chopped
  6. 1 tsp cumin seed
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. To taste Salt
  9. 1 tbsp Oil

How to cook Moong palak dal:

  1. First boil the moongdal with salt

  2. Heat the oil in a kadai add cumin seed after crackle of seed then add chopped garlic then add chopped onion
