Multigrain Ladoos Recipe

Ingredients Multigrain Ladoos:

  1. Oats – 1/2 cup (roasted n powdered)
  2. Makhana – 1/2 (Roasted n powdered)
  3. 1/4 cup Besan –
  4. 1/2 cup Wheat flour –
  5. Sesame – 1/4 cup (Roasted n powdered)
  6. Almonds – 1/4 cup Roasted n powdered
  7. Sugar -3/4 cup powder
  8. Cardamom powder – 1 / 2 tsp
  9. 1 tbsp Poppy seeds –
  10. 1/2 cup Ghee –

How to cook Multigrain Ladoos:

  1. In a pan heat ghee.

  2. Add all the ingredients expect sugar.

  3. Mix well n roast till pinkish colour.

  4. Take it down n let it cool properly.

  5. Now add sugar n bind it tightly. Make lemon size balls.

  6. Roll it with poppy seeds.

  7. Store it in airtight container.
