Padthai Tofu Recipe

Ingredients Padthai Tofu:

  1. 200 g rice noodles
  2. 2 tbsp cooking oil
  3. 1-2 eggs (optional)
  4. 1-2 cloves garlic
  5. Half pack of beans sprouts
  6. 4-5 tbsp Crushed peanut (optition)
  7. 100 g hard tofu
  8. 1 lime/lemon
  9. 1-2 tsp chilli flakes
  10. Padthai sauce
  11. 3 tbsp palm sugar or brown sugar
  12. 3 tbsp tamarind paste
  13. 2 tbsp fishsauce
  14. 1 tsp soysauce
  15. 4-5 tbsp Crushed peanut (optition)

How to cook Padthai Tofu:

  1. Soak the noodles in a large bowl with hot water. Leave it for about 10 min so they start to soften.

  2. Mix the Padthai sauce base together in a small saucepan. Put the heat on medium heat and stir until sugar dissolve and sauce become a little thicker for about 8-10 min.
