  1. 1 kg Beef
  2. kg Palak1/2
  3. kg Tomatoes1/2
  4. Onion 3 chopped
  5. 1 tea spoon Red chilli powder
  6. 1 tea spoon Curiandar powder
  7. 2 tea spoon Curry powder
  8. 1/2 tea spoon Huldi
  9. 1/2 tea spoon Garam masala
  10. to taste Salt
  11. 1/2 cup Oil
  12. 5 Green chilli
  13. Ginger garlic paste 2 tab spoon

  1. Sabsy pehly pyaz ko kat ky oil main light brown honay tak pakain

  5. Abb salt aur 1 cup pani dal ky 20 min pakain(ager pateli main pakana hai tu 3 cup pani dalain aur beef ky tander honay tak pakaye)

  6. Jab beef tender ho jaye aur oil alag ho jaye tu phir palak daal ky spoon sy chala ky low flame py pakain palak ky saath green chilli bhi daalain
