Paneer fingers Recipe

Ingredients Paneer fingers:

  1. 150 grams paneer (cottage cheese)
  2. 1 cup besan (gram flour)
  3. 1 pinch turmeric powder (haldi)
  4. 2 pinch red chilli powder
  5. 1 pinch asafoetida
  6. 2 pinch garam masala powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoon ajwain seeds
  8. 3/4 cup water or as required
  9. To taste salt
  10. As needed mustard oil for deep frying
  11. to taste chaat masala for sprinkling
  12. 1 bowl Thick Mint chutney
