Paneer tikka Recipe

Ingredients Paneer tikka:

  1. 300 g Paneer(cut into cubes)
  2. 2 capsicum (cut into cubes)
  3. 2 onions (cut into cubes)
  4. For marination:-
  5. 1 cup thick curd
  6. 2-3 tablespoon roasted besan
  7. to taste Salt
  8. to taste Chat masala
  9. 2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
  10. 1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds powder
  11. 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  12. 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  13. 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  14. 1 teaspoon kasoori methi
  15. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  16. 1 tablespoon oil
  17. For green chutney:-
  18. 1 cup coriander leaves
  19. 1/2 cup mint leaves
  20. 3-4 green chillies
  21. 1/4 cup thick curd
  22. 15-16 peanuts
  23. 1 inch ginger piece
  24. 1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds powder
  25. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  26. to taste Salt

How to cook Paneer tikka:

  1. Take curd in a bowl. Add all other ingredients mentioned in ‘for marination’. Mix well. Add cubed paneer
