Papad Tacos Recipe

Ingredients Papad Tacos:

  1. 3 Papad
  2. 1 cup Chickpeas soaked overnight
  3. 1/2 cup yoghurt
  4. Few springs mint leaves
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsp Chana Masala
  8. 1 lime juice
  9. 1/4 cup water
  10. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  11. 1 medium size onion chopped
  12. As required Oil
  13. As per taste Salt

How to cook Papad Tacos:

  1. Soak the chickpeas overnight. Boil the soak peas and set aside.

  2. Roast the Papad on a non-stick pan and when it’s hot roll them with a rolling pin and make the Tacos. Do this slowly. Set aside.

  3. In a wok heat oil and add cumin seeds
