Red Guava Icecream Recipe

Ingredients Red Guava Icecream:

  1. 3 medium Red guava
  2. 500 ml Amul cream
  3. 1/4 tsp Rock salt
  4. 1/2 tsp. Red chilli powder
  5. 1/4 cup milk
  6. 3-4 tbsp Sugar powder
  7. 1 drop red colour

How to cook Red Guava Icecream:

  1. Whip cream with sugar powder.

  2. Chop guava remove all seeds and churn. Add milk make a puree of 2 guavas and chop another one in small pieces n remove all seeds.

  3. Now mix guava puree with whipped cream drop of red colour red chilli powder and rock salt. Add guava small pieces. Mix well. Transfer into an airtight container and put in a freezer for 7-8 hours. Check it after 2 hours. If you get bubbles churn again and freeze for 6-7 hours.
