Rice Masala dosa Recipe

Ingredients Rice Masala dosa:

  1. For batter :
  2. 1 cup rice rava
  3. 1/2 cup curd
  4. to taste Salt
  5. For Masala :
  6. 1 cup boiled potatoes
  7. 1/2 cup Boiled peas
  8. 1/2 cup grated carrots
  9. 1 chopped onion
  10. 1/2 tsp ginger chopped
  11. 2 tomatoes chopped
  12. 2-3 green chillies finely chopped
  13. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  14. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  15. 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  16. to taste Salt
  17. 1 tsp Sambhar Masala
  18. as needed Oil
  19. as needed Coriander leaves finely chopped

How to cook Rice Masala dosa:

  1. Wash rice rava Add curd & salt and mix well.

  2. Keep rest for 7-8 hours for fermentation. Batter should be thin like normal dosa batter.

  3. Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add mustard seeds. Once crackled add onions & ginger. Saute until translucent. Add tomatoes
