Sabudana Khichdi Recipe

Ingredients Sabudana Khichdi:

  1. 100 gm sabudana soaked
  2. 1/2 cup peanut
  3. 1 onion finely chopped
  4. 1 potato chopped
  5. 1 tomato chopped
  6. 7-8 curry leaves
  7. 2-3 green chilli
  8. 2 tbsp Oil
  9. To taste Salt
  10. As needed Coriander leaves for garnish
  11. 1 lemon

How to cook Sabudana Khichdi:

  1. Soaked the sabudana for 1 hour

  2. Heat the kadai roast the peanut till slightly colour change then add oil then add chopped potato fry till light brown and soft then remove in a plate then add onion
