Sesame tossed Kabuli Kabab Recipe

Ingredients Sesame tossed Kabuli Kabab:

  1. 1 cup chickpeas/kabuli chana boiled
  2. 2 potatoes boiled
  3. 2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion
  4. 2 tbsp gramflour
  5. 1 onion chopped finely
  6. 1 tsp ginger paste
  7. 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  8. 1 tbsp dried fenugreek
  9. 1 tsp chana masala
  10. To taste salt
  11. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  12. 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  13. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  14. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  15. 2 green chillies chopped finely
  16. 3-4 tbsp sesame seeds
  17. 2 tbsp fresh bread crumbs
  18. 1/4 tsp ajwain(carom seeds)
  19. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  20. 3 tbsp oil
  21. 1/4 tsp baking soda

How to cook Sesame tossed Kabuli Kabab:

  1. Soak chana overnight in warm water.Next day discard water and boil chana with baking soda and 2 cups water in pressure cooker 2-3 whistles.Wait 5 minutes and release steam.Drain water and cool.Boil 2 potatoes and mash them.Mash chickpeas coarsely with a masher or in a mixer grinder.Add mashed potato.Gradually add chopped onion
