Smashed Garlic Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients Smashed Garlic Potatoes:

  1. Small Potatoes
  2. Olive oil
  3. Salt
  4. Pepper
  5. Rosemary
  6. Parmesan
  7. Italian Seasoning (or some other herbs)

How to cook Smashed Garlic Potatoes:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add in as many potatoes as you wish to make and cook them until they are fork-tender.

  3. Drizzle a sheet pan with olive oil. Place tender potatoes on the sheet pan
