Spanish Eggs Recipe

Ingredients Spanish Eggs:

  1. 6 eggs
  2. 1/3 cup stewed tomatoes
  3. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  4. 2 dozen stuffed olives cut
  5. 3/4 teaspoon salt
  6. Onion seasoning
  7. Paprika

How to cook Spanish Eggs:

  1. Beat eggs lightly strain tomatoes and add to eggs lemon juice salt and onion

  2. Add cut olives

  3. Cook in double boiler stirring constantly
