Spanish Gazpacho Soup Recipe

Ingredients Spanish Gazpacho Soup:

  1. 200 gm chopped cherry tomatoes
  2. 4-5 chopped garlic pearls
  3. 1 cucumber diced
  4. 1 large red bell pepper chopped
  5. 5-6 basil leaves
  6. 1 green chilli / you may use chilli flakes
  7. to taste Salt
  8. 1 tbsn freshly crushed black pepper
  9. Juice of 1 lemon
  10. 1 tspn avocado or olive oil
  11. 4-5 tbspn chopped spring onion greens and cucumber peels to garnish

How to cook Spanish Gazpacho Soup:

  1. All you need to do is to blend together all the ingredients (of course leaving behind some tomatoes for garnishing)

  2. Blend the tomatoes into a purée first

  3. Follow it up by adding in the cucumber
