Tomato rasam Recipe

Ingredients Tomato rasam:

  1. 1/2 kg ripe juicy tomatoes roughly chopped
  2. 1 tbsp tuvar dal
  3. 3 tbsp oil
  4. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  5. 2-3 Kashmiri dry red chilli
  6. 1 big pinch hing
  7. 1/2 tsp jeera
  8. 2 tbsp tamarind pulp
  9. 2 tbsp freshly grated coconut
  10. 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  11. 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  12. 4 tbsp rasam powder
  13. 7-8 curry leaves
  14. As per taste Salt

How to cook Tomato rasam:

  1. Pressure cook the tomatoes and Dal for 4-5 vissels over medium heat
