Tricolour Stuff Paratha Recipe

Ingredients Tricolour Stuff Paratha:

  1. 2 cups wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cup grated paneer
  3. 2 tbsp. Spring onion
  4. 1/2 tsp carrom seeds
  5. 1 tsp. Sessme seeds
  6. to taste Salt
  7. 1/4 cup beet root puree
  8. 1/4 cup spinach puree
  9. 1 tsp chaat masala
  10. 2 tbsp. Curd
  11. 1/8 tsp. Turmeric powder
  12. 1 tsp. Kitchen king masala
  13. 1 tsp. Ginger chilli garlic paste
  14. 1/4 tsp. Dry mango powder
  15. as needed Butter
  16. 1 tbsp Butter to serve

How to cook Tricolour Stuff Paratha:

  1. Take flour in paraat. Add salt sesame seeds and carom seeds. Now make three parts.

  2. Now blanch spinach for 1 min and churn to make puree add curd and puree in one part and knead a tight dough.

  3. Now add 1/4cup water in beetroot churn and make puree. Add in another one part add oil and knead a tight dough.

  4. Now in the third part add turmeric powder and oil. Knead dough like paratha. All three dough is ready.

  5. For stuffing:- Grate paneer add chopped spring onion chaat masala salt
