Trifle Recipe

Ingredients Trifle:

  1. 15 sponge fingers (use eggless cake if vegetarian)
  2. 6 tablespoon mock tail
  3. 2 x sachets of raspberry flavour jelly
  4. 300 ml boiled water
  5. 600 ml cold water
  6. 8 medium size fresh strawberries
  7. 125 ml fresh cream
  8. leaves fresh mint
  9. Few Blueberry
  10. 50 g custard powder
  11. 60 g sugar
  12. 2.5 litres milk

How to cook Trifle:

  1. In a kettle boil 300 ml water. In a large bowl add the jelly crystals and add boiling water. Stir and dissolve the crystals.
