Vegetable Raita Recipe

Ingredients Vegetable Raita:

  1. 200 gm curd or medium bowl
  2. 1 beetroot
  3. 1 carrot
  4. 1 cucumber
  5. 1 onion
  6. 1 tomato
  7. 1 small green chilli optional
  8. 1/2 tsp black salt
  9. 1/2 tsp white salt
  10. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  11. as needed Coriander leaves for garnish

How to cook Vegetable Raita:

  1. Take fresh curd and blend it

  2. Great carrot beetroot cucumber finely chopped onion tomato and green chilli

  4. Add all the vegetables mix well garnish with fresh coriander leaves or mint leaves you can add 1 tbsp honey too optional
