Veggie pancakes Recipe

Ingredients Veggie pancakes:

  1. 1 cup Rava
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. To taste Salt
  4. As needed Peanut chutney
  5. 1 Finely chopped capsicum
  6. 1 Finely chopped tomato
  7. 1 carrot grated
  8. 1 small bowl Boiled peas
  9. 2-3 Finely chopped green chillies
  10. As needed Water
  11. As needed Oil

How to cook Veggie pancakes:

  1. In a mixing bowl add all ing except peanut chutney by adding reqd water make a batter of semi thin consistency and keep aside

  2. In a pan add oil put batter with the help of ladle and sprinkle peanut chutney on it cook till golden brown on both sides on slow to medium flame and take it out on plate.

  3. Serve hot with green or coconut chutney
