Vickys Snowman Cookie Pops Recipe

Ingredients Vickys Snowman Cookie Pops:

  1. 4 wooden kebab skewers
  2. 8 ‘Jammy Dodger’ sized sandwich cookies
  3. 4 ‘Oreo’ sized sandwich cookies
  4. 200 g white chocolate
  5. ‘Milk’ chocolate drops – I use Plamil vegan brand
  6. Ready roll icing or piping icing in orange and black

How to cook Vickys Snowman Cookie Pops:

  1. Skewer 2 large sandwich cookies for the body and 1 smaller sandwich cookie for the head. Snip the point off the skewer for safety
