Kashmiri chicken biryani Recipe

Ingredients Kashmiri chicken biryani:

  1. 1 kg chicken
  2. 1 kg biryani rice
  3. 1 cup curd
  4. 4 tbsp gingar garlic paste
  5. 2 tbsp red chilli powder
  6. 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  7. 3 tbsp coriendar powder
  8. 2 onions
  9. 5 green chillies
  10. 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  11. 4 green cardamom
  12. 4 black cardamom
  13. 3 bay leaves
  14. 6 cloves
  15. 2 cinnamom stick
  16. 1 tbsp black pepper
  17. to taste Salt
  18. as needed Oil

How to cook Kashmiri chicken biryani:

  1. Wash the rice and sock rice in water keep aside for 2 hours. Take a wok heat oil add cumin seeds add all dry spices 1 minutes saute. Add onion 2 minutes fry.

  2. Add chicken mix well 2 minutes fry. Add gingar garlic paste mix well for 2 minutes Cook. Add all spices masala powder. Add salt Mix well.
