  1. 4 pods garlic
  2. 100 ml mustard oil
  3. 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
  4. 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  5. 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds
  6. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  7. 1 tablespoon yellow mustard seesds
  8. 1 teaspoon black mustard seeds
  9. 1/2 teaspoon nigella seeds
  10. to taste Salt
  11. 2 tablespoon amchur powder
  12. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  13. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
